In-person class
In this limited capacity, in-person class, students will receive comprehensive asana instruction within a creative, accessible flow, emphasizing the breath to find a balance between effort and ease. Beginners, as well as, advanced practitioners are welcome to take this class.
Substantial personalized attention will be offered to fit your practice level and any injuries you may be managing.

Jumpboard (3 pers.)
Jumps on the Reformer jumpboard targeting cardio, thighs and abs. -
Pilates with Swiss ball (10pers.)
Pilates class on the floor accompanied by the Swiss ball or the roller to work on balance and the abdominals. -
Pilates on apparatus (3 pers.)
Classes combining exercises from the pilates repertoire performed on the reformer, on the tower, on the mat or on the chair. -
Stretching (10 pers.)
Classes aimed at stretching and massaging the muscles combined with breath. Relaxation guaranteed! -
Air Yogalates (6 pers.)
Choreography performed in hammocks 2-3 feet off the ground allowing suspended movements with or without contact with the ground. This discipline merges the art of circus, pilates, yoga and dance. -
Auto-massage with Yoga Tune-upMC balls (10 pers.)
Stretching session using Yoga Tune-upTM therapy balls to address body stiffness and aches.

METAFIT (10 pers.)
The best interval training in town. Intense cardio sequences followed by short rest periods. This workout promotes weight loss. -
TRX (6 pers.)
Classes using TRX suspension straps that challenge pilates connections and muscular endurance. (Running shoes required) -
Barre Pilates (10 pers.)
Classes combining pilates and ballet techniques with the addition of a fitness touch targeting the back, firming the glutes and abdominals. -
Pilates on the chair (3 pers.)
Classes using the pilates chair allowing the refinement of the silhouette, the improvement of posture and balance. -
Bootcamp (10 pers.)
Intensive training organized in the form of circuits. Sequence of exercises to improve strength, speed and power. Done with music but no choreography.

This class is for everyone. The instructors will adapt the exercices depending on the participants.
These classes are for people with no limitations as well as people who want a bit of a challenge.
Accelerated pace with transitions and with few pauses. Good knowledge of the repertoire and instructions are required. Beginners refrain.
Watch out! Strength, concentration, centering, precision, breathing, fluidity and quality of movement are needed.
